Cancellation

All appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the service date. If more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled without prior notice. To cancel an appointment please contact Essence directly @ 931-302-9790 with a text including your name, date, and time of the appointment you would like to cancel. A $25.00 fee will be charged to your card if service(s) are cancelled within 24 hours. For any serious circumstances please contact Essence as soon as possible.

***Booking Fees are non-refundable even if the service is cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment time. However, if you choose to reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment time the booking fee can be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
